Implementing a People Analytics Function at InnovateTech

HCAT1-GC 1025: Managing the Analytics Function

This was my final team presentation, where we designed a scalable People Analytics function for a company undergoing transformation.

🎯 Key Objective: To establish a high-impact People Analytics team at InnovateTech and integrate AI into HR strategy to optimize retention, workforce planning, and employee engagement—while mitigating ethical and operational risks.

Enhancing the Employee Benefits System at InnovateTech

HCAT1-GC 1010: Human Resources Information Systems

My team was tasked with a final systems implementation project, where we redesigned a fragmented employee benefits process by selecting and integrating a modern HR platform for a mid-sized tech company.

🎯 Key Objective: To transform the company's outdated benefits system using Sequoia—an AI-enabled, self-service HR platform—to streamline compliance, enhance employee experience, and deliver annual savings.

Automating Social Media Approval and Publishing for a DTC Startup

HCAT1-GC 2015: Intelligent Automation

This was my final pitch for this class where I ideated and proposed an automated workflow to streamline social media approvals and posting processes for DTC startups.

🎯 Key Objective: To design an AI-enabled, low-code automation system that eliminates manual inefficiencies in startup marketing operations—boosting content output, engagement, and strategic insight.

"Is it just me, or does productivity seem to be lacking of late?"

HRCM1-GC 3500: Special Topics - Real World Statistics

In this analytical project, I used statistical modeling (RStudio) to evaluate productivity trends based on work-from-home status across a company dataset.

🎯 Key Objective: To investigate whether remote work negatively impacts productivity using multivariate regression models—applying real-world statistics to uncover data-driven workforce insights.

First Semester

GenMatch: Connecting Generations in the Workplace

HCAT1-GC 1000: People and Organization Management

This was my final innovative pitch for this class, where I ideated and shared a venture idea improving business operations using HR technology.


🎯 Key Objective: To invent a technology that disrupts the current HR Tech space, using AI.


🏆 GenMatch was recognized as one of the top three presentations out of the whole class.

HCAT1-GC 2020: Algorithmic Responsibility
My teammate and I worked on a presentation to summarize and analyze the article "Discriminated by an Algorithm: A Systematic Review of Discrimination and Fairness by Algorithmic Decision-Making in the Context of HR Recruitment and HR Development” by Alina Köchling and Marius Claus Wehner.

🎯 Key Objective: To comment on the article and validate its claims using core class concepts and material.

Modernizing Performance Management at GCB Bank

HCAT1-GC 1020: Managing Complex Projects
My group and I worked on a plan to change the traditional project management framework in place at GCB Bank in Ghana.

🎯 Key Objective: To implement a project management framework at GCB Bank that helps modernize performance management, creating a more efficient system.

Apple's Strategic Workforce Plan for Innovation and Growth

HCAT1-GC 1005: Workforce Planning
My team and I were tasked with analyzing Apple's workforce plan, conducting a scenario planning exercise, and highlighting their future needs (demand) for high-priority workforce segments.

🎯 Key Objective: To conduct a workforce plan for Apple in terms of innovation and growth.
