About Me
Nice to Meet You!
I'm Richa. Here's a little bit about me.
🇵🇭 Where It Began
I was born and raised in Manila, Philippines, and lived there for 18 years before moving to London and Boston for college.
🌍 Study Abroad Experience
In the fall of my freshman year, I studied abroad in London, England. While it truly was the most unconventional start to my college career, moving to London was one of the most rewarding experiences I have had.
🎓 D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University
After five incredible years, I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, concentrating in Marketing Analytics. During my time at Northeastern, I was involved in several extracurricular activities and held leadership positions in the following organizations:
In my senior year, I received the Huntington 100 award, which honors Northeastern's "best and brightest." This award has been one of my greatest achievements to date.
🌃 Present Day
I now live in Brooklyn, NY, and have begun a brand new chapter in my life as a Master's student at the New York University (NYU) School of Professional Studies, pursuing Human Capital Analytics and Technology!

🗺️ Traveling
I love to travel! Growing up in an Indian household in the Philippines, I have always had an international background. Traveling was at the forefront of some of my core memories with my family. To this day, I try to explore new cities and countries every year.

💬 Learning New Languages
I love to work and communicate with as many people as I can across the globe. Whether through films, TV shows, or my diverse Spotify playlists, I enjoy immersing myself in different languages. Over the years, I have learned to speak, read, and write in five different languages: English, Gujarati, Hindi, Tagalog, and Spanish. In my final semester of college, I learned Portuguese, and I continue to practice it on Duolingo. Fun fact: I have a 120-day (and counting) streak!

🥘 Cooking and Trying New Cuisines
Food is a language in itself. I enjoy cooking in my free time, from comfort meals to experimental dishes. I also love to explore new restaurants and try new cuisines. The world has so much to offer, and I believe food is the best way to understand different backgrounds and cultures and truly celebrate the diversity that surrounds us.
