Co-Director at the Women's Interdisciplinary Society of Entrepreneurship (Northeastern WISE)

After three years of leadership involvement at WISE, I was hired as the 2023-2024 Co-Director. In my role, I co-led the student organization. This involved serving as the key liaison between our 35-person Executive Board (across our Boston and London campuses), our greater community of students, and University Advancement representatives.

Business Analyst at KKR & Co.

As a Business Analyst on the Technology, Engineering, and Data Team at KKR & Co.—in their New York HQ—I worked on a key financial project developing an automated and centralized monetization dashboard for 1000+ Deal Team members to maximize the efficiency of inputting deals into the system.

 

🎨 Notable Projects:​

  • Wireframed and built an automated financial tracker for KKR Deal Team members to input their annual private equity deals

  • Managed the support desk by triaging upwards of 20 tickets daily and provisioning user access, further bridging the gap between the business and technology teams

Marketing Analyst at Visible Hands

I was a Marketing Analyst at Visible Hands, a venture capital startup for early-stage, underrepresented founders building high-growth, tech and tech-enabled businesses. I spearheaded the marketing initiatives and took ownership of the content calendar by brainstorming and launching innovative strategies for social media daily, increasing the audience growth rate to 24% (100 to 2,500 followers). I also helped prospect 100+ potential founders for the company's inaugural fellowship cohort.

🎨 Notable Projects:​

  • Initiated social media projects, i.e.:

    • Team takeovers on Instagram for the community to get to know the Visible Hands team better in light of the inaugural fellowship application process

    • Weekly newsletter—from design to content

    • VC Word of the Week series to make venture capital more accessible

    • Cross-posting on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter, and analyzing monthly metrics to improve performance

  • Ideated and launched “Founder Visibility” series on Medium to highlight the journeys of several overlooked and underrepresented technology founders

  • Led a Thought Leadership project by interviewing 2021 Fellowship founders to forecast industry trends and uncover "what's next" in their space, i.e., Future of Work, Future of Health, Future of Family, etc. I also conducted external research to support my primary findings
